I’m a trans man who works for an LGBTIQ+ community organisation. The abuse we were getting online was hard to take, and I wasn’t sure how to deal with it.

My ex was abusive. After we split up, he kept making fake accounts and sending horrible messages to my friends, family and workmates.

After I went on a dating app, I was outed by an anonymous account. My real name and address were published online along with threats to bash me.

I was sexually harassed at after work drinks. When I shared my story online, I was bombarded with sexually explicit comments and threats of violence.
