Alison's story

Alison is worried about her granddaughter, Jess. Jess’s boyfriend is very unkind about Jess when he is online, and he seems to control what she does.

She also notices that Jess’s behaviour has changed — she seems withdrawn and has recently lost a lot of weight.

Alison talks about how she was able to reach out and offer support to Jess and help provide a safety net for her.
