Our people and careers
The eSafety Commissioner is an independent statutory office holder who, under the Online Safety Act 2021, is supported by Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) employees.
In practice, this means that all eSafety staff are ACMA employees who are covered by conditions set out in the ACMA Enterprise Agreement.
