Never share your log-in data
This is very important for keeping your account safe from criminals and troublesome users.
'Hacks', as they are called, can only occur if a user somehow acquires your personal login information, so it’s up to you to keep that data discreet.
If you keep these three basic rules in mind, your account will remain protected:
If you see a player who is offensive in global chat, you can use the automated reporting tool by tapping on the offending message and choosing Report.
If the inappropriate content is elsewhere, please make sure you send screenshots of the offensive content and of the offending player's profile page. You can reach out to Supercell using the Help and Support button in the Clash of Clans game's settings. Reporting an issue here will also automatically include some of your basic game information, which helps us better respond to you.
You can also choose to filter out offensive language in the chat using the toggle switch in your in-game settings screen.
Although Clash of Clans is Free-to-Play, additional in-game currency can be purchased for real money from the Apple App Store/Google Play Store in the form of In-App Purchases. They’re accessible 'in game', meaning that the options to make a purchase are found within the game itself.
Important: You can easily manage the ability to make in-app purchases, adjust password protection settings, or disable in-app purchases entirely through your mobile device’s general settings. The way to do this depends on whether you’re using an Apple iOS device, like an iPhone or an iPad, or a Google Android device.
