Responding to media enquiries
Please detail your deadline on the form below. During office hours eSafety aims to respond that same business day to the request being made. The more detailed or technical the request, the more time may be required to provide a response. For non-urgent matters or background information, at least 24 hours' notice is required.
Out-of-hours and weekends
Outside office hours, at weekends and on public holidays, eSafety will respond to urgent and high priority media enquiries only.
Requests from students
Students are encouraged to utilise the information and resources available on our website prior to submitting a request. Although eSafety welcomes enquires from students, due to the high volume of media enquiries we receive, we must prioritise requests from accredited journalists. We will action your request if other commitments at the time of making a request allow us to, and advise you if we can not help.
