airG is a reseller subscription service that gives Telstra customers access to mobile chat services and games, e.g. Divas Chat, airG Chat, Big Barn World.
For security and privacy, users can choose their level of privacy settings—from profile access to incoming airmail. All users can set their privacy settings when they first log in. The ‘Privacy Settings’ can be found under the ‘Options’ menu.
Block a community member—this option will block a particular member and stop all communications from that person. To block a community member simply view the member’s profile and click on the ‘Block’ link at the bottom of the page.
Report inappropriate content—any message or photo that is deemed inappropriate can be reported to the Customer Support team. To report inappropriate content simply click on the ‘Report Post’ link at the bottom of that page.
Airmail/Email—users can contact the Customer Support team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or airmail to the username ‘SUPPORT’ and include the member’s username.
There is a per day subscription cost to use airG. This cost is charged to either a user’s post-paid mobile account or deducted from their prepaid mobile balance.
Games are available within airG and users can purchase in-game credits to further progress in games. Credits costs range from $1 to $9.99 and are charged to a user’s post-paid mobile account or deducted from their prepaid mobile balance.
Users can unsubscribe from the service in the following ways:
Via airG—navigate to ‘My Account’ click 'Options' and follow the prompts to unsubscribe
