Donate your time to a charity or help someone who really needs it. Be mindful of other people and their feelings, and see where you might be able to be a positive influence in their lives. It can be as easy as giving someone a hug. Knowing you have helped someone, even in a small way, will make you feel good.
Spend an hour or two doing something you’re really good at or that you really enjoy. It’s a small reminder that you are capable and can do something positive.
Try something new, like learning to run 5 km, or how to take really pro photos for your Instagram account. Or even cooking something you’ve never tried before. See…? You CAN do it.
Put on your favourite clothes/shoes/makeup/music and sing as loud as you can. It sounds weird, but don’t knock it til you try it! Guaranteed laughs!
Surround yourself with people who reflect who you want to be and how you want to feel, because energies are contagious!

Every time you use a negative word, like “can’t” or “hate” or “impossible,” write down something you are grateful for or put a dollar in a jar. At the end of the week, read through all of your positive thoughts or use your coins to buy yourself a prize for being in control of your thoughts!
